These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website and to appointments and services provided by Ahil Ganesan trading as Ahil Naturopath (ABN 11 963 650 190) at Project Dao, Shop 2/8 Botany Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015. By using this website or booking an appointment you agree to these terms.

The information on this website, including articles in Patient Resources, is general information only. Individual responses to treatment vary. Nothing on this website is intended as a guarantee of any treatment outcome.

Appointments and cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment.
  • As stated on the intake form, less than 24 hours notice is treated as a cancellation. Where you hold a treatment package, a late cancellation results in one treatment being deducted from the pack.
  • Please arrive on time. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
  • Same-day and walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

Fees, payments and rebates

  • Current consultation fees are listed on the Book Online page and are subject to change.
  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment.
  • An itemised invoice is emailed after each appointment so you can claim any private health fund rebate directly with your fund. Rebates depend on your individual policy; check with your health fund. Receipts are issued per visit.
  • Fees for herbal products, supplements and specialised supplies are additional to consultation fees.

Treatment packages

The following terms apply to pre-paid treatment packages (current as of 1 April 2025):

  • Packs are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
  • Packs are non-transferable and may not be shared with family members or friends.
  • Less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation results in one treatment being deducted from the pack. Deducted treatments cannot be claimed through private health insurance, as you cannot claim treatments you have not received.
  • Packages cover acupuncture treatment only, not herbal products, supplements or specialised supplies.
  • Private health fund rebates can be claimed on each individual session within the pack, and receipts are issued per visit.
  • The initial appointment can be included in a 5 pack or 10 pack, provided the pack is purchased at the initial appointment or first follow-up appointment.
  • Refunds for unused treatments in a pack may be given at the practitioner’s discretion, and will only include the amount the practitioner receives from the sale of the pack (not the clinic’s portion, which is not in Ahil’s control).
  • Ahil Ganesan reserves the right to alter or end the sale of packages at any time.

Online bookings

Online bookings are processed by Bodhi Holistic Hub, a third-party booking platform. Your use of that platform is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or services linked from this site.

Your responsibilities

To receive safe and appropriate care, please provide accurate and complete health information, including current medications, supplements, medical conditions and pregnancy. Tell your practitioner about any changes to your health between visits, and keep your own doctor informed about the care you receive at the clinic.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, articles and images, is owned by or licensed to Ahil Naturopath and is protected by copyright. You may view, download and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. It may not otherwise be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general information content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
